1. Reserve Study

A reserve study is composed of examining two distinct areas: funding and physical component analysis.

A reserve study specialist benchmarks existing common area component conditions while setting a long-term capital budget which identifies the current status of the reserve funds and offers a funding plan (generally 30 years) to offset ongoing depreciation/deterioration of common area components, resulting in sufficient funds when those anticipated major common area expenditures actually occur.

We offer the following reserve study services:

1. Complete Reserve Study Update (which requires a previous reserve update) is customarily done in 3 year increments and includes both funding and physical component analysis.  (Request A Quote...)

2. Project Management

We offer a variety of Project Management services before or during a project undertaking.  We specialize in working with management companies and Homeowner’s Associations in facilitating projects from scope to finish.
